The ZEBIO-B Series is a batch-type carbonization unit featuring ceramic insulation in its main body, capable of accepting large waste items directly. It achieves high thermal efficiency, allowing you to produce charcoal and carbonized products directly simply by feeding in waste without any processing such as crushing. It is also capable of removing organic components adhering to waste wood and scrap aluminum.

1．High thermal efficiency achieved through ceramic technology
Large waste materials can be fed in as-is, enabling the production of charcoal and carbonized products with high thermal efficiency.
2．Rapid production of high-quality carbonized products
High-temperature carbonization is possible, allowing for the production of high-quality high-temperature charcoal. The carbon fixation rate is extremely high, and carbonized products are produced much faster compared to traditional earthen kilns.
3．Excellent convenience with no need for pretreatment
Virtually no pretreatment such as crushing is required, and the large door allows for the direct feeding of large waste materials.
4．Ensured safety through automatic control
A control system based on extensive experience enables highly safe automatic operation. The introduction of an automatic notification system and other features supports operation management with a comprehensive maintenance system.
5．Alternative Energy Utilization (Optional Specification)
By installing a biomass fuel burner, charcoal, woody biomass, waste cooking oil, and other materials can be used as alternative energy sources to replace fossil fuels.
6．Maximizing Utilization of Exhaust Gas and Waste Heat (Optional Specification)
With options such as waste heat boilers and water softening units, the generated steam and hot water can be utilized within the factory.
