The top features a door; waste is loaded directly through the open door and heated. The pyrolysis gas generated is heated within a hot air generator and fed into the heating heat pipes inside the carbonizer, indirectly heating the waste to carbonize it (thermal recycling).
For large-scale units, the intermittent feeding method increases carbonization capacity compared to units of the same size. Inquiries regarding this system as a waste treatment solution for local governments and overseas markets are on the rise.
