A single ZEBIO-C Series unit enables the creation of a closed-loop system that utilizes exhaust gas.
The ultimate closed-loop system capable of reusing exhaust gas and waste heat
Designed to maximize energy efficiency throughout the entire life cycle, the ZEBIO-C Series recovers the gas generated during the carbonization process and reuses it as a heat source. Furthermore, by adding optional equipment, it is possible to build a power generation system or utilize alternative energy sources instead of fossil fuels. It is also suitable for processing moisture-containing waste such as sludge and paper sludge.

ZEBIO-C Options

Dries waste with a moisture content of 80% or higher to approximately 30% at the entrance of the carbonization unit, dramatically improving carbonization efficiency. Additionally, the hot air utilizes pyrolysis gas energy to reduce operating costs.

Features of the ZEBIO-C Series

1.Circulating use of pyrolysis gas as a heat source
This is a “circulating indirect heating system” that utilizes the pyrolysis gas generated during the carbonization process as a heat source for heating.
2.Capable of processing waste containing over 80% moisture
It can carbonize waste with high moisture content (such as sludge, paper sludge, and food waste).
3.Compact design for space efficiency
The system can be customized to fit the site and installed even in narrow spaces with limited room.
4.Compatible with power generation systems (Optional specification)
A power generation system can be added as an option by feeding pyrolysis gas into an engine or converting waste heat into steam.
5.Ensuring safety through automatic control (Optional specification)
The control system enables highly safe automatic operation.
