ZE Energy Selected for the Global South Grant

ZE Energy has been selected for the “Global South Grant (Support for Overseas Expansion of GX-Related Technologies)” administered by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Environment Public Corporation.
This program supports research and demonstration projects conducted in Global South countries by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in Tokyo that possess outstanding GX-related technologies.

ZE Energy was selected for a feasibility study (FS) on the production, distribution, and export to Japan of biochar derived from biomass waste in Thailand.
This project aims to achieve decarbonization and a circular economy in the Asian region while effectively utilizing waste resources.

On October 28, 2025, coinciding with Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike’s visit to Saudi Arabia, our CEO, Matsushita, delivered a presentation on the theme of “Biochar Production Using Waste and Desert Greening.”
